Log in to the Canopy App

After installing your new system, it's time to get everything set up in the Canopy app. Below is a summary of the in-app setup process.

Download the Canopy Security app

iPhone Users

Please CLICK HERE to download the latest version of the Canopy App from the Apple App Store.

Android Users

Please CLICK HERE to download the latest version of the Canopy App from the Google Play Store.

Log into your account

Use the credentials you provided when setting up your account to log into your Canopy app.

If you received the system without setting up an account, please reach out to our support team to help.

Troubleshooting

Forgot password

1. Click "Forgot password" at the bottom of the login page
2. Copy the reset password code from the verification email
   
3. Enter the code, choose a new password and try logging in again
