Step 1: Log into the Canopy app

After installing the Canopy system, it's time to complete setup in the Canopy app. This section will walk you through how to download and log into the Canopy app. If you've already logged in, you can move on to Complete setup in the app.

Download the Canopy Security app

iPhone Users

Please CLICK HERE to download the latest version of the Canopy App from the Apple App Store.

Android Users

Please CLICK HERE to download the latest version of the Canopy App from the Google Play Store.

Log into your account

If you ordered a system online through the Canopy.security website and were prompted to create an account at checkout, use the same credentials to log into your Canopy app.

If you received the system without setting up an account, you can create an account by ordering a subscription at https://my.canopy.security/signup/.

Troubleshooting

Forgot password

1. Click "Forgot password" at the bottom of the login page
2. Copy the reset password code from the verification email
   
3. Enter the code, choose a new password and try logging in again
