My Device is showing as “Disconnected” in the App. Help!

First, ensure your battery is charged (above 25% is ideal) and all cords are connected securely to the Hub, Camera, and OBD2 port. If those all check out, please proceed with a few additional checks: 

  • Are you able to live stream from the device?
    • If not, a Power Cycle may help to re-establish connection. Hold the Power/MFB down for 10 seconds until the second LED illuminates. Wait 5 minutes and check again. 
  • If you can live stream or just see a black screen, there may be an issue with how the device is recognized by the system or overall poor connection quality.
    • Again, a Power Cycle can be attempted to improve performance. 
    • If you do not have success with resetting, please reach out to our Customer Care team for further troubleshooting.
