Why is my Canopy App not sending me notifications?

It could be that your notifications have been turned off/not enabled for the Canopy App. Check your app notifications settings on your phone to make sure Canopy is set to receive notification. 

If everything checks out with your settings, please check to be sure you are able to live stream an image of your truck bed. If so, doublecheck that you see an intrusion detection (LED illuminates) through the rear window when trying to reach into your truck bed. If that is happening, but you are still not seeing a notification, please reach out to Customer Care for further troubleshooting!
