At times, our team may recommend that your device should be replaced, or perhaps your existing device needs to be re-installed as a new activation. To successfully do this, there are a few extra steps that need to be completed.
✋ Important: Your Canopy Pickup Cam will need a fully charged battery to successfully complete this process. Please ensure it's charged before starting, which can take up to 4 hours!
- Visit the link HERE to create a new account, and set up a new subscription for recurring monthly service. You will be granted a new 45 day trial period starting from the day of creation. After 45 days, you will be billed $9.99 monthly. Please ensure a sufficient payment method is added to the subscription, as your App access is dependent on an active subscription.
- Delete the Canopy App, then go to your App Store and redownload and install.
- Unplug the OBD2 cable from your vehicle's port if it is still connected.
- Insert the battery into the Hub, replacing the cover and screws to secure.
- Allow the system to boot up before proceeding on to the App onboarding. The lights should not be flashing on the Hub.
