How to create a Canopy account

Getting started with your Canopy Pickup Cam requires a Canopy account. This article will show you how to create a Canopy account and subscribe to Always-on Services.

✋ Important: If you purchased your system directly from our official website, canopy.security, good news! Your account was automatically created during the purchase process, and you're all set to go. Log in using the same email and password setup used at checkout. If you're having trouble accessing this account, you may need to change your account password or email address.

If your Canopy system was a gift or purchased secondhand, you must create a new Canopy account and activate your subscription to the Always-On Service Plan.

Creating Your Account:

Step 1: Head over to my.canopy.security/signup/.

Step 2: Follow the on-screen prompts to create your new account.

Step 3: Purchase the Always-On Service Plan. This will include 45 days of free service.

Step 4: Verify your email using the verification link sent to your email. 

That's it! Once your account is activated, you're ready to set up and start exploring the connected features of your Canopy Pickup Cam.
