This article will show you how to change your Canopy account password or email address if you are having difficulty logging into an existing Canopy account.
If you do not already have a Canopy account, follow the steps to create your Canopy account.
Change Password
Step 1: Access the account login page in the Canopy app or at my.canopy.security/signin/.
Step 2: Reset your password by selecting "Forgot Password" on the login page.
Change Email Address
✋ Important: Changing your email address requires deleting your account and creating a new one, which may result in losing past data and recorded events.
If you are unable to log in to your Canopy account using your existing email address or need to change your email, you will need to create a new account by submitting a request to our customer care team.
In your request, please mention that you need to create a new account. After verifying your previous account, our team can delete your old account and provide steps to set up a new Canopy account.
