Before getting started, please review the vehicle requirements necessary for successfully installing and using the Pickup Cam system.

Vehicle compatibility

The Pickup Cam is designed exclusively for pickup trucks and will not function properly in other vehicle types.

Visibility

This camera needs a clear, unobstructed view out the rear window. Certain setups like shells, racks, and decals may impact the camera's ability to detect and record activity.

Floor space

Adequate space behind your front seats is required, ideally beneath the rear seats, to place the Canopy Hub.

OBD-II port access

The OBD-II port must be available to keep the system charged while driving.
