If you’re not receiving notifications from the Canopy app, please follow these basic troubleshooting steps:
Check your phone’s notification settings
Notifications may have been turned off or have not been enabled for the Canopy app. In your phone’s notification settings, make sure Canopy is set to receive notifications.
Start a live stream
Starting a live stream from the Canopy app can help re-establish a connection with the device. If you are unable to live stream or just see a black screen, there may be an issue with overall poor cellular connection quality.
Trigger an intrusion
Reach into your truck bed to trigger an intrusion, and make sure the lights turn red. This action should should send a notification to your phone.
