If you've landed here, you have likely recieved this error when setting up your Canopy Pickup Cam:
This error can surface due to a communication issue between your device and the Canopy platform. First thing to check is that your connections are all secure. Each of the cable collars should be screwed tightly, ensuring both the Hub and Camera USB-C ports are adequatly connected. Select the "retry" button to attempt to proceed.
