Next Steps for Canopy’s Early Access Beta

Thank you for your interest in joining Canopy’s Early Access Beta program and for being a valued customer. We’re excited about the chance to enhance and launch the new Pickup Cam version in collaboration with Ford with your participation.

Next steps:

• Week of August 12th: Look out for an email from (email address) containing a link to a DocuSign agreement. Please complete and sign the agreement by August 31st to finalize your beta program registration.
• Once you’ve completed the process, your Canopy pickup cam service will remain active.
• If you decide not to complete the signup process, your service will be discontinued as of September 1st*.

What to expect:

During the Early Access Beta, you’ll use the product as you normally would in your daily routine. Periodically, we’ll reach out to gather your feedback and invite you to participate in optional interviews, research events, and diary studies. Some of these feedback opportunities may offer compensation. The beta pilot will conclude on or before June 30, 2025.

*In certain situations, Canopy may no longer require your participation in the beta program and reserves the right to conclude your involvement in which your Canopy service will be discontinued from that date.
