When setting up a system for the first time, it may need to download the latest features and software to function properly. This initial update may take 30 minutes or more to complete. During this period, your system will be unavailable until the update completes.
For a smooth update process, follow these steps:
- Confirm everything is connected properly and charged using the setup checklist.
- Begin the update process. While this update loads, you are free to close the close the app and check back later.
- Do not disconnect the power from your device during the update.
- Periodically check the app to monitor progress and see when the update is complete. Sometimes the update will complete without updating this loading screen. To check if this is happening to you, try closing out of the app and re-opening it.
